Hotel in an old Italian building with rooms with functional and somehow cold modern design.
Hotel located in the upper Town, so needs to walk or take the car to visit the historical Ragusa - can be dealt with. Though hotel still under works when we stayed. Nice typical trattoria 50 meters down the street.

Room was converted from former grand town house and had plenty of character.
Strange layout. The hotel was separate from reception area, which was not manned overnight, and therefore gave rise to anxiety about security.

Amazing hotel room. Very luxurious. Nice location.
Breakfast was not in the hotel but in a café just around the corner. Although the breakfast was excellent, you could only get 1 pastry and 1 coffee. Hotel staff does not speak English/French.

The room was really nice - newly renovated old building, very clean, really amazing high ceilings painted & restored! The bed was really big & comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, modern, new, & funky. The shower was nice & powerful! There is an absolutely amazing view of the old town on the walk from the hotel down to it - not to be missed!
The hotel is very quiet - nowhere in it to drink/eat. Not much fun for families or if you're looking to meet new people. The old town of Ragusa is about 15 minutes walk away down a lot of steep steps, which is fun if you're young & fit, but a pain if you have bad knees/physical disability.
